When booking

for summer:

- In the event of an official closure of operations you can be canceled free of charge.

- From 4 weeks to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 50% of the travel price.

- In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we charge 90% of the travel price, in case of early departure 100%.

for winter:

- From 8 weeks to 4 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 50% of the travel price.

- In case of cancellation within the last 4 weeks before arrival we charge 90% of the travel price, in case of early departure 100%.
