When booking

for summer:

- In the event of an official closure of operations you can be canceled free of charge.

- From 4 weeks to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 50% of the travel price.

- In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we charge 90% of the travel price, in case of early departure 100%.

for winter:

- In the event of an official closure of operations you can be canceled free of charge.

- From 8 weeks to 4 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 50% of the travel price.

- In case of cancellation within the last 4 weeks before arrival we charge 90% of the travel price, in case of early departure 100%.

Booking details:

Daily room service is included in your booking (except for double rooms). You can request it daily. The surcharge is € 8,- / person / day. 

You can borrow a sauna bag (bathrobe and sauna towels) for € 15 / person. Please let us know before arrival if you would like to use it.

We would like to point out that your booking is valid for the number of persons stated. Additional persons travelling with you will be charged.
